Flowerbeds in bloom and tall pines surround it, creating an ideal atmosphere of tranquillity. In their treatises, both the ancient Romans and subsequently, the famous Neapolitan doctor, Iasolino, praised the natural waters of Castiglione, which is one of the most famous thermal springs on the island. Open from April to October, it has 10 swimming pools, 8 of which are thermal pools where the water temperature ranges between 30°C and 40°C and is constantly monitored by modern automatic systems. There is also an Olympic sea water swimming pool (25x14), a private beach, a natural sauna, hydromassages, a Kneipp swimming pool and a beauty and medical department directed by medical specialists. A funicular links the various facilities with the large parking areas. A scenic restaurant is also provided.
